FAQ
How do my hours start deducting?
For most services we provide, the time starts upon arrival to the location. However, all roadside assistance services begin from the time we are on the way. To assure your time is calculated accurately, our employees are monitored by GPS & their time is actively tracked.
Time will be deducted in 15 minute increments, rounding to the next 15 minute mark if time extends past it.
How do After Hours work?
After hours are available between 8 PM – 12 AM, Monday – Friday. You can purchase after hours separately, or if you have already purchased hours, you may use 2.5 regular hours per every hour after our regular business hours. After hours may not be converted to regular hours.
How quickly can I expect a representative to handle my request?
We require a 24 hour notice for all cleaning service requests, 4 hours for all general assistance requests, & may take up to 1 hours for all roadside service requests. However, during peak times, we may not be able to guarantee a representative will be available at the desired time you requested. We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a later time.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 8PM for regular business hours, 8 PM to 12AM for after hours.
What areas is 8 HRS currently serving?
We are currently servicing only Fayette County, but look forward to expanding with every hour purchased.
What are Store Credits?
Some services require additional expenses. Example, Grocery/Item Delivery would require a Store Credit balance in order to purchase the items that you have requested. Your store credit is solely intended for expenses and items outside of the actual service(s) being fulfilled.

What does “Residential Upkeep” consist of?
Gardening Assistance, Gutter Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Trash Bin Transport/Cleaning, Tree Removal (15 Feet or smaller), Smoke Detector & Light Bulb Replacement, Pressure Washing, Snow Removal/Salting.
What can I expect when scheduling a servicing?
You can expect your representative to complete your service you scheduled. There may be a possibility that more than one representative is available to expedite your service. If more than one representative is requested, the amount of hours deducted would multiply by the number of representatives (e.g. 2 representatives for 1 hour total of work would deduct 2 hours from your available hours).
Can I schedule services for a later date?
Yes, on the Schedule a Service page, you may select later date & time in advance.

Does 8 HRS hold general liability & workers compensation?
Yes, 8 HRS holds general liability & workers compensation for all of it’s employees.
