For the services we provide, time deduction begins from the time we are on route to the location and ends when service is complete. To assure your time is deducted accurately, our employees are monitored by GPS & their time is actively tracked. For all Services we provide, time will be deducted in 15-minute increments, rounding to the next 15-minute mark if time extends past it. Upon registration, you’ll gain access to a personalized account and an Interactive Schedule View, where you can check our current availability and book your service at a time that suits you. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so secure your slot early to ensure you get the date and time you prefer. Our One-Time Services work virtually the same way as using HRS, with our universal guarantee of completing your service according to the details you have entered. We charge a slightly higher rate for this service and suggest purchasing one of our packages for the absolute best deal.

We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 6PM.

Currently we exclusively service Fayette County, but look forward to expanding with every hour purchased.

You can expect your service to be completed based on the details you have provided and scheduled. We will verify all submitted details once on site. If there happens to be any work that was not mentioned and we have worked the entire time scheduled, we will need to confirm a new appointment or confirm there are HRS available in your account for use. Any extra time on site must be previously purchased online then verified, purchased on site, or arranged a payment to a representative in person. There may be a possibility that more than one representative is available to expedite your service. If more than one representative is available, the amount of hours deducted would multiply by the number of representatives (e.g., 2 representatives for 1 hour = 2 hours deducted), billed as a 2-hour service, with a scheduled service duration of 1 hour.

Yes, once you register an account you will have full access to schedule using HRS or One-Time Services, and the ability to select any available dates and times in advance.

Our calculator is our absolute best estimate of the time it will take us to complete the service you have chosen. There is a possibility of each individual service taking less or more time, depending on the specific circumstances of your service. For clients with purchased HRS, we will credit the difference in time from the originally listed time from the calculator. We will always try to save our clients time, and therefore their money they have spent with us. One-Time Services will be completed according to the exact details entered, regardless of the amount of time. Reasonable efforts will be used to make sure everything is completed within the time frame calculated. Our rates for all services are competitive and transparent with actual service time.

Yes, 8 HRS offers regular free estimates for any and all cleaning & maintenance projects. This can be done through our Diagnosis/Referral option for registered users or through our “Request a Quote” form here, for users who want to skip the registration process for a normal estimate. This option gives you the same benefit of a tailored estimate for your needs. If it is beyond our current capacity, we will use your information with leading contractors to get you the absolute best deal for you! Clients always get final decision. This ensures a quick all-in-one experience for all of our clients projects saving you time and money!

Yes, 8 HRS LLC holds both workers compensation, and general liability insurance. We can provide this information upon request, once you are registered and if you decide to schedule a Diagnosis/Referral for a larger project we have the capacity of taking care of for you.
