  • Payment Information: Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit or debit cards, direct bank transfers, Affirm financing, check payments, and cash payments. (note that we do not store full credit card details; payment processors handle sensitive financial data). pon selecting cash or check, a representative will contact you via the phone number provided in your account to verify the scheduled date and confirm the payment process.   • Service Information: Details of the services you request, including service type, date and time of service, and specific instructions or preferences. Service Information includes requests for Residential Maintenance & Cleaning (e.g., window cleaning, leaf removal, etc.), Commercial Maintenance & Cleaning (e.g., pressure washing, dusting, etc.), and Diagnosis/Referral services, as outlined in the Terms. Rates for One-Time services are as follows ($101/hr residential, $114/hr commercial, $94.33 diagnosis/referral) and calculator inputs (0.50 hr travel, 0.25 hr diagnosis, per Terms & Conditions Section 4) We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
  • Location Information: Your physical location (e.g., GPS data) when using our Services, such as when you book an on-demand service (e.g., cleaning, general assistance, or roadside assistance), but only within Fayette County, Lexington, KY.

b. Usage Data We may also collect information about how you interact with our website, app, or Services, including:

  • Device Information: Type of device, browser, and operating system.
  • Log Data: IP address, page views, time spent on the site, error reports, and other performance-related data.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to track your activity and improve your experience. You can adjust your browser settings to manage cookies or opt-out of certain tracking technologies.
  • Data Collection: When you use our estimate service time calculator, we collect data related to the inputs you provide (like service type, location, etc.) to estimate the service duration. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing you with an estimate and improving our service offerings. Calculator inputs include service type, property details, and location, adding 0.50 hours (30 minutes) for travel and 0.25 hours (15 minutes) for diagnosis/referral assessments, per the Terms. Retention is limited to 31 days unless tied to a booking.
  • Use of Data: The information from the calculator is not used for any other purposes beyond giving you an estimate and possibly for internal analysis to enhance our service accuracy. We do not share this information with third parties unless required by law or as part of our service provision (e.g., to schedule or assign a contractor).
  • Data Retention: Data from the calculator sessions might be stored temporarily for performance analysis but will be deleted according to our data retention policy, which aims to keep personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete this data if you wish. Please contact us for such requests.

c. Photo Documentation We collect before-and-after photos of service areas to verify completion, ensure quality, and resolve disputes (see Section 6).

d. Call and Voicemail Recordings We may record phone interactions for quality assurance, training, and support (see Section 7).

e. Childrens Data We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 (see Section 9).

2. Use of Water and Electricity for Service Delivery

At 8 HRS LLC, certain services necessitate the use of water and electricity provided by the client. These services include:

  • Window Cleaning
  • Solar Panel Cleaning
  • Pressure Washing
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Dumpster Cleaning

Please note the following regarding our use of these utilities:

  • Purpose: The use of water and electricity is strictly for executing the services you have contracted with us. We do not collect, monitor, or analyze data related to your utility usage.
  • No Data Collection: We do not gather any specific information about your water or electricity consumption during our service delivery. Our focus is solely on providing the service efficiently.
  • Client-Provided Utilities: We rely on the utilities available at your property to perform these tasks. In cases where these utilities are not available or suitable for our needs, alternative arrangements might be discussed or the service might not proceed.
  • Transparency: Before commencing any service that requires the use of your utilities, our team will inform you that we will be using your water and/or electricity for the service delivery.
  • Responsibility: We aim to use utilities efficiently but are not liable for infrastructure issues unless caused by our negligence, per Terms Section 10.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy and ensure that no data about your utility usage is recorded or shared with third parties.
  • Consent: By booking these services, you agree to provide access to water and electricity, as detailed in Terms Section 10.

Please be aware that while these services typically require the use of water and electricity, there may be instances where these utilities are not required based on the specific circumstances or method of service delivery. If utility issues prevent service completion, we’ll notify you promptly—no data is retained from such events beyond service records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • To Provide Services: To process and fulfill service requests, including scheduling, dispatching, and completing the requested services within Fayette County, Lexington, KY. Your service data will be used in scheduling multiple service representatives per Terms Section 4.
  • To Communicate with You: To contact you regarding your bookings, confirmations, service updates, customer support inquiries, and marketing communications (if you’ve opted in).
  • To Improve Our Services: To analyze and improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of our website, app, and services.
  • For Payment Processing: To process your payments and provide you with receipts or invoices. To process transactions for one-time services ($101/hr residential, $114/hr commercial, $94.33 for diagnosis/referral) and bulk packages, per Terms.
  • To Prevent Fraud: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other illegal activities related to the use of our Services.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal requests within the jurisdiction of Fayette County, Lexington, KY.
  • To Ensure Quality: To use photos and recordings for verification, dispute resolution, and training, as outlined in Terms Sections 2 and 9.
  • To Facilitate Referrals: To coordinate diagnosis/referral services, including sharing necessary data with trusted professionals (earning a 5-8% commission at no cost to you), per Terms.
  • To Verify Cash/Check Payments: To verify cash/check payments via phone calls within 24 hours for hours packages or at time of service for one-time services refer to (Terms Section 5).
  • To Sell Hours: To deduct hours from prepaid packages or process one-time service payments, including $20/hour sell-back credits refer to (Terms Section 3).

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following cases:

  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, marketing partners, or customer service agents, solely for the purpose of providing services in Fayette County, Lexington, KY. Includes independent contractors performing services, bound by confidentiality, as noted in Terms Section 8.
  • For Referrals: We may share service details with trusted professionals for diagnosis/referral bookings, earning a 5-8% commission at no additional cost to you, per Terms Section 4.
  • For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your personal information if required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or request from a government authority.
  • With Our Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, partners, or subsidiaries to provide you with our services or promotions within the local area.
  • Upon Termination: Upon service termination or hours sell-back, data may be shared with payment processors to issue credits/refunds per Terms Section 5 and 3.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In case of a data breach, we’ll notify affected clients within 72 hours, as required by applicable Kentucky law.

6. Data Retention & Photo Documentation

We document the condition of service areas by taking photographs before and after the completion of each service. These photos are collected for the following purposes:

  • Verifying the quality and completion of services.
  • Resolving any disputes regarding service performance or property conditions.
  • Maintaining records for training, quality control, and internal audits.

Data Handling and Storage: Photos are securely stored in our database and are only accessible by authorized personnel. We retain these photos for a period of 31 days and delete them thereafter, unless needed for ongoing legal or business purposes. Personal data retained 1–3 years for billing/legal compliance (e.g., tax records), per Terms Section 11. Prepaid hours data retained until credited/returned per Terms Section 5.

Consent: By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of before-and-after photos as described above. If you have concerns about photo documentation you may opt out by notifying us in writing to support@buy8hrs.com before service begins, per Terms Section 2.

Photos are not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for dispute resolution, per Terms.

7. Call and Voicemail Recordings

We may record phone calls and voicemails for quality assurance, training, and business purposes. These recordings may be stored securely for up to 6 months. If you would like to access or delete any recorded calls, please contact us at support@buy8hrs.com.

Consent is implied by service use, with optional notification during calls (Terms Section 9). Opt out by hanging up or contacting support@buy8hrs.com, per Terms Section 9.

Recordings are used solely for quality control, support, and training, not shared externally unless legally required.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction within Fayette County, Lexington, KY, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. These may include the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Correct any inaccuracies in the personal information we hold about you.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

We retain personal data as needed for service delivery, billing, or legal compliance (e.g., 1-3 years for tax records). Calculator inputs are deleted within 31 days unless linked to a booking. Upon termination (Terms Section 5), data is removed or anonymized unless needed for refunds/credits.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for data-related delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, utility outages), per Terms Section 8. Affected services will be rescheduled or credited per Terms Section 8.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post any updated Privacy Policy on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Changes are effective upon posting, consistent with Terms Section 13.
